Accepting New Applications!!!!
This scholarship is given in memory of Spencer Willard and his love of teaching. He was known as “Coach” by the thousands of students and athletes at Scotland High School where he challenged them with his “tough love.” Through coaching he fell in love with the craft of teaching.
